Set up in 2002, Foshan Nanhai Lifeng hydraulic cylinder Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary under China Lifeng Machinery Group. The company is engaged in manufacturing hydraulic products for various subsidiaries of its group, as well as hydraulic cylinders and supporting hydraulic systems for the market. Hydraulic cylinders from the company are as follows: hydraulic cylinders for pressing machine tools, autos (multi-level) and engineering, standard tow-bar hydraulic cylinders of medium and low pressure, and customized large or super large-sized non-standard hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic systems are applied to the following fields: pressing machine tools, common hydraulic machine tools, integrated automatic production lines, and auto system. Also, special-purpose control systems can be made according to customers¡¯ requirements.
       LiFeng group has passed German TUV ISO9001 quality management system certification, and China Quality Certification Center ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification. At present, LiFeng hydraulic cylinder company has over 200 employees, among which are a score of senior engineers and technicians, and CAD is employed for designing products. The company owns a variety of professional processing equipment such as large-sized deep-hole bore with a length of six meters, large-sized sleepers with a gyration diameter of 1.6 meters, large-sized numerically controlled machine tools, large-sized floor type boring and milling tools, standing inner hole honing machines, and large-sized peripheral milling machines. The maximum diameter of hydraulic cylinders is over one meter.
